The Over the Rhine Foundation, which counts revitalizing the historic portion of Cincinnati’s downtown as its core responsibility, needed a new web presence. TJ designed this. I coded it in CSS and XHTML 1.0 Transitional. We elected to go with a simple .js image rotator rather than a more flash-based control. I’m really getting tired of flash to be honest. Simple, rustic, local and easy to use. For a downtown non-profit, what more do you need? After delivery, we decided to reduce the main picture size to accommodate more text above the fold.
